The Police Found Drugs but they Aren’t Mine, What are my options?

A student at a Florida university, one of my clients, is facing drug charges, and he wanted to know what his options were because the drugs were not his. I learned that he lived in a house with a bunch of other college students. The drugs weren’t even found in his room. I explained to him that his case is very defendable but he’s going to need a lawyer at his side. I explained that an experienced attorney will know the nuances of possession law.

If you or a loved one is facing drug charges under similar circumstances, please don’t hesitate to give me a call at 954-270-0769.
